Abdul spent years watching deal teams burn weeks on manual diligence — pulling data from dozens of systems, duplicating effort across workstreams, and producing reports that were hard to defend under scrutiny. He founded RunDD to build what the industry was missing: a structured, AI-native platform that treats due diligence as an engineering problem, not a document review exercise.
His vision is a world where every investment decision is backed by evidence-traced findings across every workstream — commercial, technology, financial, legal, people, and cybersecurity — produced in hours instead of weeks.
