Spent years watching deal teams burn weeks on manual diligence — pulling data from dozens of systems, duplicating effort across workstreams, and producing reports that were hard to defend under scrutiny. Founded Sigma Diligence to build what the industry was missing: a structured, AI-native platform that treats due diligence as an engineering problem, not a document review exercise.
The vision is a world where every investment decision is backed by evidence-traced findings across every workstream — commercial, technology, financial, legal, people, and cyber — produced in hours instead of weeks.
Tracy brings deep expertise in deal operations, diligence strategy, and financial advisory to Sigma Diligence. With a career spanning institutional investment and hands-on deal execution, Tracy understands the friction that kills momentum in complex transactions — and is committed to building tools that eliminate it.
Tracy leads partnerships and go-to-market, working directly with PE and corporate development teams to translate real-world diligence workflows into the platform's framework and intelligence layer.
