Is the platform available without the consulting services?
Yes. You can engage Sigma as a platform-only engagement — your team runs the diligence, uses the AI agents, and manages the workstreams internally. We price this as a flat-fee or deal-linked % based on the scope.
What happens if the deal doesn't close?
For deal-linked % engagements, the fee is scoped up front with a clear pass/close treatment agreed at kick-off. We don't penalise you for a pass — that's a good outcome. The exact structure is agreed during scoping.
Can you add the consulting team to a platform-only engagement mid-deal?
Yes. Firms often start platform-only and bring in a consultant when they hit exclusivity and need to accelerate or stress-test specific workstreams. We can scope and onboard a consultant within 24 hours.
Do you charge differently based on deal size?
For deal-linked % pricing, the percentage typically scales inversely with deal size — larger deals attract a smaller basis point fee. Flat-fee projects are scoped on workstream count and timeline, not deal EV.
What is included in 'platform access' during a deal?
